Specific objective is to strengthen managerial and professional capacities of senior civil servants through implementation of targeted modern development and training programme.
The expected result of project is increased capacity of senior civil servants for strategic and financial management, public policy making, coordination, planning and monitoring. Achievement of this result contributes to management transformation, increased accountability and professionalism of administration and overall institutional capacity to conduct public administration reform.
